Michael was one of first 100 to receive his CIPS designation in the United States of America. He was inspired by the late Alex Bul and Maurice Acers while serving with them on numerous International committees, and President of his local chapter, in Texas. Alex and Maurice were instrumental in developing many of our current International programs. Scholarship Foundations have been set up in their names for students who demonstrate an interest in International Real Estate from a qualified University. Michael who is a licensed Real Estate Broker both in Florida and Texas and has worked with buyers, sellers, or consulting on every continent in the world, with the exception of Antarctica, wanted to help all REALTORS Ò working with International clients. Michael enjoys designing web sites in addition to his real estate services, and his love of real estate is reflected in our International Web site.
